Functionality testing assesses the functionality of plastic products and verifies that the plastic product performs its intended purposes effectively. This includes testing various features, mechanisms, interfaces, and compatibility of the product with other components or systems.
Durability and Reliability
Durability and reliability includes tests to evaluate the time-performance and long term reliability of a plastic product beyond as molded conditions. This involves assessing resistance of the product to wear, fatigue, aging, chemical exposure, and factors that may affect its performance in service.
Regulatory Compliance
Regulatory compliance ensures that a plastic product meets industry-specific regulatory and compliance requirements. Regulatory compliance includes testing for safety, electrical standards, chemical emissions, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance, and other relevant regulations.
